The Inception of Circle Pulling

During the Harmony Hackathon we coined a new phrase, when someone shouted out “You know what this is? This is circle pulling.” We were so furiously committing changes to the source repository people were simply pulling just to keep up so they would not end up in merge conflict hell. Several people couldn’t get a change checked in because every time they merged someone else beat them to the commit.
